Microbubble copper dissolution, crystallization and solid-liquid separation equipment configured as one integrated copper sulfate pentahydrate production system.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW

From red copper
to finished crystals.

The line prepares copper-bearing raw material, dissolves copper in a sulfuric-acid solution using microbubble air contact, removes insoluble matter, cools the clarified solution for crystallization, and separates and washes the copper sulfate pentahydrate crystals.
