The project required a coordinated equipment package for copper dissolution, crystallization, separation and utility support, with international shipping and on-site commissioning interfaces defined before dispatch.
ENGINEERING RESPONSE
A practical, serviceable configuration.
The supplied configuration centered on a 10 m³ 316L-contact copper dissolution reactor with a 30 kW circulation pump. It integrated a 700 mm-diameter crystallizer, 1,000 mm-basket centrifuge, cooling tower, filtration, 500 kg/h steam generator, compressed air, transfer pumps and process piping.
