PROJECT CHALLENGE

Designed around site conditions.

The workshop required dependable restarts after power interruptions and a layout that allowed operators to change film patterns without long production stops.

ENGINEERING RESPONSE

A practical, serviceable configuration.

The electrical design separated critical controls from high-load drives, retained recipes for repeat products and allowed an orderly generator-backed shutdown. Feeding, lamination, cutting and stacking were arranged in one direction.

DELIVERY SCOPE

From preparation to handover.

  • Pre-shipment electrical and rotation checks
  • Recommended voltage protection and standby-power sequence
  • Operator training for film change and glue control
  • Critical sensor, blade and drive spare list
