Begin with document and dry checks
Confirm equipment tags, motor direction, lubrication, fasteners, guards, instruments and emergency stops. Each pump and agitator should be briefly jogged only after the mechanical team confirms that it is safe to rotate.
Use water before process solution
A water trial verifies circulation, tank levels, valves, drains and visible leakage without introducing acid or copper solids. Record motor current, vibration and flow as the first operating baseline.
Introduce chemistry gradually
The first process batch should use a controlled loading plan. Temperature, air delivery, circulation and solution concentration are increased step by step while operators record response and check for foaming, blockage or unstable flow.
Balance crystallization and separation
Stable output requires coordination between dissolution, filtration, cooling, crystal residence time and centrifuge loading. The handover should include operating recipes, sampling points, cleaning procedures and acceptance records.
