Plan the workshop before equipment arrival
A successful Vietnam installation starts with confirmed floor levels, equipment access routes and lifting points. The copper melting kettle, circulation pump, crystallizer, centrifuge and utility modules should be positioned from an approved layout rather than installed one machine at a time.
Confirm utilities and corrosion boundaries
Verify electrical voltage and frequency, process water, cooling water, compressed air, steam, ventilation and drainage before mechanical installation. Piping and valves that contact acidic copper solution must use materials agreed in the contract drawings.
Install in a controlled sequence
Set the main reactor and platforms first, then align pumps, tanks and downstream equipment. Complete piping supports before pressure testing. Electrical panels should remain protected from construction dust and moisture until cable termination begins.
Commission with local raw materials
Water testing should confirm rotation, flow, leakage and interlocks. Process commissioning must then use the buyer’s actual copper-bearing material and target chemistry so operating parameters can be recorded for local operators.
