Create a start-of-shift inspection
Check visible leakage, abnormal sound, pump seal condition, lubrication, instrument readings and housekeeping before production. Small changes are easier to correct before they become shutdowns.
Track operating baselines
Record motor current, circulation flow, temperature, batch time and solution concentration. Trends reveal fouling, wear or process changes earlier than a single alarm.
Plan cleaning around the chemistry
Deposits and crystals can restrict piping, instruments and heat-transfer surfaces. Cleaning methods must be compatible with the materials of construction and the plant’s chemical-safety procedures.
Keep critical spares locally
Maintain a site list of seals, bearings, gaskets, sensors, contactors and consumables. The final list should reflect actual operating experience, local availability and overseas delivery time.
