Use a rigid, verified foundation

Centrifuges generate dynamic loads. The foundation, anchor bolts and grout must follow the equipment interface requirements and local structural design.

Keep connected piping flexible

Rigid piping can transmit loads and vibration into the machine. Connections for feed, wash liquid and drainage should accommodate movement while remaining chemically compatible.

Test every safety function

Lid locks, overspeed protection, braking, emergency stop and vibration monitoring must be verified before product is introduced. Guards should remain fitted during operation.

Train for balanced loading

Operators need a standard loading, washing and discharge routine. Uneven loading, blocked drainage and neglected cleaning can reduce separation quality and increase vibration.
